Viewing One Organization
If you logged in as an Organization Administrator, only your organization is displayed. The Users tab is selected by default. Follow Step 2, below.
If you logged in as a Top-Level Administrator or Service Provider Administrator, follow Steps 1 and 2, below.
To view details for one organization:
- In the Organizations page, click the organization name.
The organization’s Users page appears.
If the Organizations page does not display your organization name, it may be because the directory contains more organizations than can be displayed on one page.
To search for and display the organization, follow these steps:
- To view more information about this organization, or return to the Users page, click the second (lower) row of tabs:
- Users tab
- Groups tab
- Calendar Resources tab (if the organization has Calendar service)
- Service Packages tab.
To view service packages allocated to the organization, click the lower Service Packages tab. Do not click the All Service Packages tab; that will display all services packages available in the directory.

- Properties tab.
To view properties for the organization, click the lower Properties tab. Do not click the upper Properties tab; that will display properties for the root suffix of the directory.
