Top-Level Administrator
When you log into Delegated Administrator as a Top-Level Administrator, the Top-Level Administrator page is displayed.
The Organizations tab is selected by default. All organizations in the directory can be displayed.
To see the details of one organization, you must select the organization name.
From the Top-Level Administrator page, you can navigate to the following tabs:
Service Provider Administrator
When you log in as a Service Provider Administrator, the Service Provider Administrator page is displayed.
The Organizations tab is selected by default. Your provider organization and all organizations subordinate to your provider organization can be displayed.
To see the details of one organization, you must select the organization name.
From the Service Provider Administrator page, you can navigate to the following tabs:
Organization Administrator
When you log into Delegated Administrator as an Organization Administrator, the organization that you manage is displayed.
The Users page is displayed by default.
From the Organization page, you can navigate to the following tabs:
- Users tab
- Groups tab
- Calendar Resources tab (if the organization has Calendar service)
- Service Packages tab.
