Editing Organization Properties
To edit properties of an organization:
Organization properties include:
When you have finished viewing or modifying information for the organization, take one of these steps:
Organization Information
This section displays information about the organization. You can edit the following information:
Organization Name. Edit the organization name.
Business Category. Enter the business category that the organization belongs to.
Description. Enter a description for the organization.
Search Keywords. Enter keywords to be used to search the organization.
Preferred Language. Select the preferred language. English is the default language.
The options available are: English, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
Domain Status. Select the domain status from the drop-down list. The options available are: Active, Inactive, Deleted, Hold.
User Limit. Specify the maximum number of users the organization can contain. Choose one of the following methods:
Note
A Service Provider Administrator can edit the Domain Status and User Limit. An Organization Administrator cannot edit these fields.
Global Addressbook. Select this check box to enable access of the global address book. The Global Addressbook field appears only if you have logged in as a TLA or SPA.

Contact Information
This section displays contact information about the organization. You can edit the following information:
Postal Address. Enter the postal address details such as Street, City, State, Postal Code, Post Office Box number.
Registered Address. Check the box if the registered address is the same as the postal address. If it is not, enter the address details such as Street, City, State, Postal Code, Post Office Box number.
Telephone. Enter the telephone number.
Fax. Enter the Fax number.

Administrators
In this section, you can add Organization Administrators to the Administrators list or remove administrators from the list.
The users displayed on the Administrators list have administrator rights for this organization only.
In the Administrators section, you can perform these tasks:

Domain Information
Domain. The default mail domain name is displayed. You cannot edit this field.
If this is a full organization with its own domain, you see the following field:
Alias Names for the Domain. In the text field, you can enter multiple mail domain names, separated by commas, to be used as alias mail domains.
If this is a shared organization subordinate to a provider organization, you see the following field:
Allowed Domains. A list of alias domain names allowed by the provider organization is displayed. In the text field, you can enter multiple mail domain names shown in the list. Separate the domain names by commas. The domain names you enter must be in the list of allowed domains.

Mail Service
This section displays mail service details about the organization. You can edit the following information:
The following fields will not appear if you have logged in as a Top-Level Administrator or Service Provider Administrator:
Attachment Quota (KB). Displays the attachment size per message. If you have logged in as a Top Level Administrator or Service Provider Administrator, you can edit the Attachment Quota. As an Organization Administrator, you cannot edit this field. Specify the maximum attachment size per message.
The options available are:
Mail Store Quota. Displays the mail store quota in bytes. Select the first radio button and enter the maximum mail store quota or select the “No Limit” radio button, if there is no limit to the mail store quota.
The mail store quota appears only if you have logged in as a Top Level Administrator or Service Provider Administrator.
Postmaster. The postmaster group allows messages sent to the address postmaster@<domain> to be delivered to all the members of the group. The postmaster group is created and displayed when the domain is a fully qualified domain and the mail service is assigned to the domain.
DSN ‘From’ Address. Enter the email address for delivery status notification.
Domain Disk Quota (MB). Specify the disk quota for all users in a domain.The options available are:
Domain Welcome Message. Enter the welcome message.
Mail Service Status. Select the mail service status from the drop-down list. The options available are: Active, Inactive, Deleted, Hold.
Mail Host. Enter the mail host name. For example, budgie.siroe.com.
Catch-all Address. Specify an address to be substituted for any address in the domain that does not match any user or group in the domain.

Calendar Service
This section displays Calendar service details about the organization. You can edit the following information:
Calendar Host. Enter the fully qualified name of the machine that hosts the calendars belonging to users in this organization.
Allowed Rights. Click the Set Advanced Rights button.
The Set Allowed Rights window appears.
By clicking Yes or No, you can allow or disable rights to each of the following Calendar functions. These rights apply to all entries in the organization:
Anonymous Login. Check the Yes button to allow anonymous login. Check the No button to disable anonymous login.
Default Access ACL. Type the ACL used by default to set access permissions to calendars in this organization.
Invite Calendars in These Organizations. This list displays the external organizations (domains) that can be searched for Calendar users, groups, and resources when a user in this organization sends invitations to a meeting.
A user sending an invitation to a user, group, or resource in one of the specified organizations can determine whether a certain time is free or busy and schedule a meeting on the invited person’s calendar. The user cannot view event details on that calendar (unless that individual calendar has set permissions to let all users read it).
Take the following steps to add or remove domains in the list:
To add searchable domains
- Click Search and Add.
The Add Domains pop-up window appears. The first panel instructs you to search for domains.
- Select the search criteria from the drop-down lists and enter the text to be searched.
For example, in the top row of search criteria, you could enter:
Domain Name; Begins With; abc.
- Click Search.
The Add Domains - Search Results window displays the domains that match your search criteria.
The domains are listed by organization name. For each organization, all the domain names associated with the organization are displayed.
You can search for a new set of domains by clicking Modify Search, entering new search criteria, and clicking Search again.
When you are satisfied with the search results, go to the next step.
- In the Search Results section of the window, click the desired domains from the list.
- Click Add Domain to add domains to the list and return to the Calendar Service section of the Properties page.
To remove searchable domains
Allow Invitations From Users in These Organizations. This list displays the external organizations (domains) in which users are permitted to search for calendars in this organization. Users in the specified organizations can send invitations to Calendar users, groups, and resources in this organization.
Specifically, a user in one of the specified organizations can determine whether a certain time is free or busy and schedule a meeting on the invited person’s calendar. The user cannot view event details on that calendar (unless that individual calendar has set permissions to let all users read it).
Take the following steps to add or remove domains in the list:
To add domains
- Click Search and Add.
The Add Domains pop-up window appears. The first panel instructs you to search for domains.
- Select the search criteria from the drop-down lists and enter the text to be searched.
For example, in the top row of search criteria, you could enter:
Domain Name; Begins With; abc.
- Click Search.
The Add Domains - Search Results window displays the domains that match your search criteria.
The domains are listed by organization name. For each organization, all the domain names associated with the organization are displayed.
You can search for a new set of domains by clicking Modify Search, entering new search criteria, and clicking Search again.
When you are satisfied with the search results, go to the next step.
- In the Search Results section of the window, click the desired domains from the list.
- Click Add Domain to add domains to the list and return to the Calendar Service section of the Properties page.
To remove domains
Calendar Session Timeout (Minutes). Enter the maximum number of minutes allowed before a calendar session times out.
Calendar Domain Preferences
The Calendar Domain Preferences heading gives you access to additional preferences that can be specified for this organization.
Click Set Calendar Domain Preferences.
The Set Calendar Domain Preferences window appears. You can edit the following preferences:
Allow proxy login. Click Yes to allow proxy login. Click No to disable proxy login.
Calendar master password. Enter the Calendar master password.
Allow admin to override access control. Click Yes to permit the administrator to override existing access controls for this domain. Click No to prohibit the administrator from overriding ACLs.
Set Calendar name to lower case. Click Yes to display the Calendar name in lower case. Click No to display the name in upper and lower case.
Include users’ default calendar when calculating free/busy. Click Yes to use a user’s default calendar when determining if the user is free or busy. Click No to disable this feature.
Filter private events when displaying search results. Click Yes to hide private events when displaying search results. Click No to display private events in the search results.
Default ACL for resource calendars. Enter the default ACL governing access privileges for resource calendars.
Allow public access to user calendar. Click Yes to give public access to user calendars. Click No to prohibit public access.
Include default calendar in Subscribed calendar list. Click Yes to include the default calendar in a list of subscribed calendars. Click No to exclude the default calendar for subscribed calendars.
Show and use ‘Everyone’ ACL. Click Yes to display and use the Everyone ACL. Click No to disable this ACL.
Base Server Address. Enter the IP address of the base server for calendars in this organization.
