Viewing All User Service Packages

    To view the user service packages available in the directory

  1. In the All Service Packages page, click the All User Service Packages tab.
  2. A page listing user service packages available in the directory appears. Each service package in the list displays

    • The service package name
    • The type of service: mail, Calendar, or both
    • The Mail Quota (if the package includes mail service)
    • Whether IMAP access is enabled or disabled.

In the All User Service Packages page, you can perform the following tasks:

To view all group service packages, click the All Group Service Packages tab.

Search and View All User Service Packages

    To search for and display user service packages that belong to this organization:

  1. On the All User Service Packages page, in the drop-down box below Organization Name - All User Service Packages, choose one of the following search criteria:
  2. Search Service Packages by Name
    Search Service Packages by Mail Quota (MB)
    Search Service Packages by Max Message Size (KB)
    Search Service Packages by Max Number of Messages

  3. In the text box, type the text value you want to search for.
  4. You can use a wild card such as an asterisk (*) in any place in a name search. For example, you can enter

    a*
    *a
    a*b

    If you enter a value for a numeric attribute, the search finds service packages with attribute values greater than or equal to the value you entered.

    You can also search for service packages with values greater than or less than the value entered in the text box by entering a > or < sign before the value.

  5. Click Search.

Display Mail, Calendar, or All Service Types

    To display service packages with all service types, mail service only, or Calendar service only

  1. In the Filter drop-down box, select one of the following filters:
  2. All
    Mail Service
    Calendar Service

View Service Package Details

    To view one service package’s details

  1. Click the service package name.
  2. The service package details are displayed.

    If the service package includes mail service, a Mail Service table displays details such as IMAP Access, Max Mail Box KB, and Max Messages.

    If the service package includes Calendar service, a Calendar Service table displays details such as Time Zone.

  3. Click Close to exit the pop-up window.

Compare Service Package Details

The Compare option lets you compare the details of the selected service packages.

    To compare service package details

  1. Select service packages from the list.
  2. Click Compare.
  3. A new window displays a comparative view of the service packages.

    The window shows a Mail Service table, a Calendar Service table, or both (if these services are included in at least one of the selected service packages).

    The Mail Service table displays details such as Mail Quota, IMAP Access, Maximum Message Size Limit. For each service package you selected that includes mail service, the table lists values for these attributes.

    The Calendar Service table displays details such as Time Zone. For each service package you selected that includes Calendar service, the table lists values for these attributes.

  4. Click Close to exit the Compare Service Packages window.
