Advanced Search

    To search for service packages by more than one property

  1. Click Advanced Search from the masthead.

    2. The Advanced Search window appears. In the window, specify the following advanced search criteria.

  2. Search for. Select an option from the drop-down list: Organizations, Users, or Service Packages.
  3. Specify whether all or any of the criteria should be matched during the search.
  4. Specify the criteria:
    1. From the left drop-down list select one of the search criteria.
    2. From the middle drop-down list, select whether you want to search for something that Contains, Does Not Contain, Begins With, or Ends With the value entered in the text field.
    3. In the right text box, enter the text to be searched.
  5. Click Search.

    6. A list of service packages matching the advanced filter criteria is displayed.

  6. Click Reset to redefine another set of advanced search criteria.
